Allen School was a good decision for me because I have always wanted to do medical coding and billing but could not because I was a single person with a son. I had to work most of the time to support myself and son and didn’t have the time to spare. I have learned so much in Allen School that now I can get a job I will enjoy for the rest of my life. Allen School online is the best way to go. I would like to thank all the insturctors of Allen School for teaching me so much.

This was my first experience with an online program, when I first started the MIBC program I got very stressed out. In the beginning I wanted to quit several times, but, several of my classmates ( Betty, Soroya, and Alma) pulled me through, Thanks ladies your’e the greatest.This program was very challenging to me and through all the sweat and tears I made it through. I’ve learned so much about coding, billing and the reimbursement process that even with my nursing background will be a great asset to my career. To all the students I had classes with I want to say GOD Bless you and good luck in your new career. We Did It…..YEA!!!!!

Throughout the MIBC program, I was surprised to learn how much detail goes into coding. I thought that it would have been somewhat of a simple course but it was very challenging and yet rewarding at the same time. I’ve learned a lot and look forward to the real world experience.

Throughout the MIBC program, I was surprised to learn that know matter how much experience or knowledge you may have or have brought to the program, there is always that opportunity to learn something new. I thought I knew all I needed to know about coding, and sign on to the program to expose myself to the billing portion of healthcare, but much to my surprise, I didnt know as much as I thought. I came out of this program a lot more diligent in choosing codes and realized how the coding impacts the reimbursement process. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet other students throught online program and wish them all well and much success in the field.

Congratulations to the class of 2009!!!!
I can’t wait till I’m doing the same thing, walking down that aisle in 2010, with my 3 sons all there and proud that there mom did it….. To show my kids that you don’t quit, you keep going for it!!! It can be done regardless of your age.
